The Organic Law of Georgia “On the National Security Council” (Legislative Herald of Georgia, No. 33, 12 November 2004, Art. 152) shall be supplemented with the following Article 2¹:
“Article 21. Approval of the National Security Concept
The National Security Concept shall be approved by the Parliament of Georgia, upon the submission of the President of Georgia, by a majority of the full membership.”.
