შეტანილ იქნეს
„ჩხოროწყუს მუნიციპალიტეტის
საკრებულოს
სამანდატო, იურიდიულ საკითხთა და ეთიკის კომისიის დებულების დამტკიცების შესახებ“ ჩხოროწყუს მუნიციპალიტეტის საკრებულოს 2010 წლის 6 სექტემბრის №13 დადგენილებაში შემდეგი ცვლილებები:
1. დადგენილების მიღების საფუძველში ამოღებულ იქნ
ეს „ნორმატიული აქტების შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 25-ე მუხლის პირველი პუნქტის „ბ“ ქვეპუნქტი.
2. დადგენილებით დამტკიცებული დებულების მე-5 მუხლს დაემატოს მე-2 პუნქტი და ჩამოყალიბდეს შემდეგი რედაქციით: „კონკრეტული საკითხების დასამუშავებლად, საკრებულოს ბიუროს მიერ განსაზღვრული კვოტების ფარგლებში, კომისიის თავმჯდომარის წინადადებით საკრებულოს თავმჯდომარე არა უმეტეს 6 თვის ვადით, შრომითი ხელშეკრულების საფუძველზე
, კომისიაში სამუშაოდ იწვევს ექსპერტ-კონსულტანტებს“.
3. ეს დადგენილება ამოქმედდეს კანონმდებლობით დადგენილი წესით გამოქვეყნებისთანავე.
