მუნიციპალიტეტის 2011 წლის ბიუჯეტით დამტკიცებული ასიგნებების ფარგლებში.     მუხლი 14🔗. ადგილობრივი ბიუჯეტის სარეზერვო ფონდი 2011 წელს შუახევის მუნიციპალიტეტის სარეზერვო ფონდი განისაზღვრა 40000 ათასი ლარის ოდენობით, რომელსაც განკარგავს შუახევის მუნიციპალიტეტის გამგებელი. სარეზერვო ფონდის სახსრების გამოყენება შეიძლება მოხდეს ადგილობრივი თვითმმართველი ერთეულის ბიუჯეტში გაუთვალისწინებელი და საგანგებო ხარჯების, აგრეთვე სხვა ადგილობრივი მნიშვნელობის ღონისძიებების დასაფინანსებლად.
