 2011 წლის განმავლობაში ქედის მუნიციპალიტეტის ადგილობრივი ბიუჯეტის დაფინანსებაზე მყოფი დაწესებულებებისა და ორგანიზაციების მუშაკებზე პრემიების გაცემა განხორციელდეს დამტკიცებული ასიგნებების ფარგლებში.                                                                             მუხლი 14🔗. პასუხისმგებლობა    2011 წლის განმავლობაში ქედის მუნიციპალიტეტის ადგილიბრივი ბიუჯეტის დაფინანსებაზე მყოფი საბიუჯეტო ორგანიზაციებისა და დაწესებულებებისათვის ხარჯების ეკონომიკური კლასიფიკაციის შესაბამისი მუხლის მიხედვით დამტკიცებული სახსრების განკარგვა განხორციელდეს დამტკიცებული შესყიდვების გეგმისა და მიზნობრივი პროგრამების საფუძველზე, რომელზეც მთელი პასუხისმგებლობა ეკისრება საბიუჯეტო ორგანიზაციასა და დაწესებულებას.
