ბალანსი თანახმად №1 დანართისა.     მუხლი 2🔗 განისაზღვროს საჩხერის მუნიციპალიტეტის ბიუჯეტის შემოსულობები, გადასახდელები და ნაშთის ცვლილება თანახმად №2 დანართისა.                                                          მუხლი 3🔗 განისაზღვროს საჩხერის მუნიციპალიტეტის 2011 წლის ბიუჯეტის შემოსავლები 4063,3 ათასი ლარის ოდენობით, მათ შორის: გადასახადები – 330,0 ათასი ლარი, გრანტები – 3393,3 ათასი ლარი, სხვა შემოსავლები – 340,0 ათასი ლარი, თანახმად №3 დანართისა.     მუხლი 4🔗 განისაზღვროს საჩხერის მუნიციპალიტეტის 2011 წლის ბიუჯეტის ხარჯები    3907,8 ათასი ლარის ოდენობით, თანახმად №4 დანართისა.     მუხლი 5🔗 განისაზღვროს საჩხერის მუნიციპალიტეტის 2011 წლის ბიუჯეტის არაფინანსური აქტივების ცვლილება 321,7 ათასი ლარი, აქედან ზრდა – 341,7 ათასი ლარი, კლება – 20,0 ათასი ლარი, თანახმად №5 და №6 დანართისა.     მუხლი 6🔗 განისაზღვროს საჩხერის მუნიციპალიტეტის ბიუჯეტის ხარჯები და არაფინანსური აქტივების ზრდა ფუნქციონალურ ჭრილში თანახმად №7 დანართისა.     მუხლი 7🔗 განისაზღვროს საჩხერის მუნიციპალიტეტის 2011 წლის ბიუჯეტის მთლიანი სალდო (-166,2) ათასი ლარის ოდენობით და 2011 წლის 1 იანვრისათვის არსებული ნაშთის მოცულობა 194,4 ათასი ლარი.      მუხლი 8🔗 განისაზღვროს საჩხერის მუნიციპალიტეტის ბიუჯეტის ფინანსური აქტივების ცვლილება თანახმად №8 დანართისა.      მუხლი 9🔗 განისაზღვროს საჩხერის მუნიციპალიტეტის ბიუჯეტის ვალდებულებების კლება თანახმად №9 დანართისა.     მუხლი 10🔗 განისაზღვროს საჩხერის მუნიციპალიტეტის 2011 წლის ბიუჯეტის ასიგნებები 4249,5 ათასი ლარი, აქედან სარეზერვო ფონდი – 41,6 ათასი ლარი, თანახმად №10 დანართისა.      მუხლი 11🔗 ეს დადგენილება ამოქმედდეს 2011 წლის 1 იანვრიდან, ხოლო ამავე დღიდან ძალადაკარგულად გამოცხადდეს „საჩხერის მუნიციპალიტეტის 2010 წლის ბიუჯეტის შესახებ“ საჩხერის მუნიციპალიტეტის საკრებულოს 2010 წლის 12
