საბიუჯეტო ორგანიზაციათა ბუღალტრული ანგარიშგების ფორმების დამტკიცების შესახებ
საქართველოს პრეზიდენტის 2002 წლის 31 დეკემბრის №567 ბრძანებულებით დამტკიცებულ “საქართველოს ფინანსთა სამინისტროს დებულების” 33-ე მუხლის შესაბამისად, ვბრძანებ:
1. დამტკიცდეს საბიუჯეტო ორგანიზაციათა ბუღალტრული ანგარიშგების შემდეგი ფორმები:
ა) საბიუჯეტო ორგანიზაციის ბალანსი – ფორმა №1;
ბ) საბიუჯეტო ორგანიზაციის ხარჯთანუსხის შესრულების ანგარიში ეკონომიკური კლასიფიკაციის მიხედვით – ბალანსის დანართი ფორმა №2;
გ) ანგარიში დაფინანსების თანხების მოძრაობის შესახებ – ბალანსის დანართი ფორმა №3;
დ) ანგარიში სპეციალური შემოსავლების და ხარჯების მოძრაობის შესახებ – ბალანსის დანართი ფორმა №4;
ე) ანგარიში ძირითადი საშუალებების მოძრაობის შესახებ – ბალანსის დანართი ფორმა №5;
ვ) ანგარიში მასალებისა და კვების პროდუქტების მოძრაობის შესახებ – ბალანსის დანართი ფორმა №6;
ზ) ანგარიში მცირეფასიანი და სწრაფცვეთადი საგნების მოძრაობის შესახებ – ბალანსის დანართი ფორმა №7;
თ) ანგარიში საბიუჯეტო ორგანიზაციის მიერ სახელმწიფო მიზნობრივ პროგრამებზე გაწეული ხარჯების შესახებ – ბალანსის დანართი ფორმა №2-1;
ი) ანგარიში ავტომანქანების ექსპლოატაციაზე გაწეული ხარჯების შესახებ – ბალანსის დანართი ფორმა №8.
2. აღნიშნული ფორმებით ბუღალტრული ანგარიშგების წარდგენა განხორციელდეს 2003 წლის 1 ოქტომბრიდან.
3. სახელმწიფო ბიუჯეტზე მყოფი საბიუჯეტო ორგანიზაციები პერიოდულ და წლიურ ანგარიშებს წარუდგენენ თავიანთ ზემდგომ ორგანოებს, ხოლო ადგილობრივ ბიუჯეტზე მყოფი ორგანიზაციები – ადგილობრივ საფინანსო ორგანოებს, მათ მიერ დაწესებულ ვადებში.
4. საქართველოს სახელმწიფო ბიუჯეტის დაფინანსებაზე მყოფი საქართველოს აღმასრულებელი ხელისუფლების სამთავრობო და სახელმწიფო საქვეუწყებო დაწესებულებები წარუდგენენ ნაერთ ბუღალტრულ ანგარიშგებას საქართველოს ფინანსთა სამინისტროს სახაზინო სამსახურს მის მიერ დამტკიცებული გრაფიკის შესაბამისად:
ა) 1 აპრილის, 1 ივლისის და 1 ოქტომბრის მდგომარეობით, არაუგვიანეს საანგარიშო პერიოდის მომდევნო თვის 30 რიცხვისა.
ბ) წლიურ ბუღალტრულ ანგარიშგებას არაუგვიანეს საანგარიშო წლის მომდევნო წლის 20 თებერვლისა.
5. ამ ბრძანების გამოქვეყნებისთანავე ძალადაკარგულად ჩაითვალოს “საბიუჯეტო დაწესებულებათა ბუღალტრული აღრიცხვის ანგარიშთა გეგმისა და ბუღალტრული ანგარიშგების ფორმების დამტკიცების შესახებ” საქართველოს ფინანსთა სამინისტროს 1998 წლის 19 იანვრის №3 ბრძანება.
6. კონტროლი აღნიშნული ბრძანების შესრულებაზე დაევალოს მინისტრის მოადგილეს ბატონ ვასილ გიგოლაშვილს.
7. ეს ბრძანება ძალაში შევიდეს გამოქვეყნებისთანავე.
