font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Sylfaen","serif"; font-weight:bold;} /* Page Definitions */ @page Section1 {size:8.5in 11.0in; margin:40.5pt 42.5pt 56.7pt .75in;} div.Section1 {page:Section1;} /* List Definitions */ ol {margin-bottom:0in;} ul {margin-bottom:0in;} საქართველოს განათლებისა და მეცნიერების მინისტრის ბრძანება №11 4/ნ 2011 წლის 2 9 ივნისი ქ. თბილისი ზოგადსაგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებაში მოსწავლეთა მობილობის წესის დამტკიცების შესახებ ,,ზოგადი განათლების შესახებ” საქართველოს კანონის 26-ე მუხლის პირველი პუნქტის ,,ს​1” ქვეპუნქტის საფუძველზე, ვბრძანებ: 1. დამტკიცდეს ,,ზოგადსაგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებაში მოსწავლეთა მობილობის წესი ” ამ ბრძანების დანართის შესაბამისად. 2. ეს ბრძანება ამოქმედდეს გამოქვეყნებისთანავე. დ . შაშკინი ზოგადსაგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებაში მოსწავლეთა მობილობის წესი     მუხლი 1🔗. რეგულირების სფერო ზოგადსაგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებაში მოსწავლეთა მობილობის წესი (შემდგომში – წესი) არეგულირებს მოსწავლის გადასვლას ზოგად საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებიდან სხვა ზოგად საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებაში (შემდგომში – მობილობა).     მუხლი 2🔗. მობილობის უფლების მქონე მოსწავლე მობილობის უფლება აქვს მოსწავლეს , რომლის ზოგად საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებაში ჩარიცხვა განხორციელდა კანონმდებლობით დადგენილი წესით და არის ზოგად საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულების მოსწავლე .     მუხლი 3🔗. მობილობა 1. მოსწავლეების მობილობა შესაძლებელია განხორციელდეს კალენდარული წლის განმავლობაში ორჯერ, ყოველი წლის 1 ივლისიდან 31 ივლისამდე და 25 დეკემბრიდან 20 იანვრამდე. 2. ობიექტური მიზეზების არსებობის შემთხვევაში საქართველოს განათლებისა და მეცნიერების სამინისტრო უფლებამოსილია ამ მუხლის პირველი პუნქტით გათვალისწინებული ვადებისაგან განსხვავებულ პერიოდში მიიღოს გადაწყვეტილება მოსწავლის ზოგად საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებიდან სხვა ზოგად საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულებაში გადაყვანის შესახებ.  3. ზოგად საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულება უფლებამოსილია, მობილობის მსურველის ჩარიცხვამდე გასაუბრების ან გამოცდის საფუძველზე დაადგინოს მობილობის მსურველის ცოდნისა და უნარების ცალკეული კლასის/კლასების ეროვნული სასწავლო გეგმით დადგენილ მიღწევის დონესთან თავსებადობა.     მუხლი 4🔗. ზოგადსაგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულების დირექტორის პასუხისმგებლობა წინამდებარე წესის შესრულებაზე პასუხისმგებელია ზოგად საგანმანათლებლო დაწესებულების დირექტორი.
