1 – წარმოშობის შესახებ ინფორმაცია/Cheptels de provenance/Origin of Livestock

- ცხოველები გამოდიან ცხვრის ფარებიდან, რომლებიც აღიარებულია, როგორც ჯანმრთელი და თავისუფალი ამ სახეობისთვის დამახასიათებელი გადამდები ცხოველთა დაავადებებისგან, კერძოდ, ტუბერკულოზისგან, ბრუცელოზისგან, პარატუბერკულოზისგან, ცხვრის ყვავილისგან, ჯილეხისგან, მაედი-ვისნასგან, გადამდები ექტიმისგან, სკრეპიისგან და თურქულისგან/Les animaux proviennent de cheptels ovins reconnus sain et indemne de maladies animales contagieuses de l’espèce, notamment de Tuberculose, de Brucellose, de Paratuberculose, de Clavelée, de fièvre charbonneuse, de Visna Maedi, d’Ecthyma Contagieux, tremblante du mouton et de Fièvre Aphteuse./The animals come from sheep herds recognized as healthy and free from contagious animal diseases of the species, in particular Tuberculosis, Brucellosis, Paratuberculosis, Sheep pox, Anthrax, Maedi-Visna (MV), Contagious Ecthyma, scrapie and Foot-and-Mouth Disease;

- სადაც ბოლო ექვსი თვის განმავლობაში არ გამოვლენილა გადამდები დაავადების არც ერთი შემთხვევა/où aucun cas de maladie réputée légalement contagieuse n’est apparu au cours des six derniers mois,/where no case of disease deemed legally contagious has appeared in the last six months;

- სადაც არ დაფიქსირებულა გადამდები ღრუბლისებრი ენცეფალოპათიის (TSE) არცერთი შემთხვევა. TSE სავალდებულო შეტყობინებას დაქვემდებარებული დაავადებაა/Où aucun cas d’Encéphalopathies Spongiformes Transmissibles (EST) n’est apparu. Les EST sont à déclaration obligatoire/Where no case of Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (TSE) appeared. TSEs are compulsory notifiable.

2– ცხოველები/Les animaux/Animals

2-1

- ცხოველები დაბადებულნი და გაზრდილნი არიან ექსპორტიორი ქვეყნის ტერიტორიაზე/Les animaux sont nés et élevés sur le territoire du pays exportateur,/The animals are born and raised in the territory of the exporting country;

- არ იკვებებოდნენ ხორცის ფქვილით, ძვლის ფქვილით ან მცოხნავი ცხოველების ხიწიწით/n’ont pas été alimentés à l’aide de farines de viandes, d’os ou de cretons de ruminants,/were not fed meat meal, bone meal or ruminant greaves;

- იდენტიფიცირებულნი არიან მოქმედი რეგულაციების შესაბამისად ისე, რომ უზრუნველყოფილია მათი მიკვლევადობა წინაპრებისა და წარმოშობის ფარამდე (დაბადებიდან)/sont identifiés conformément à la réglementation en vigueur de manière à permettre de remonter à leurs ascendants et à leur cheptel d’origine (de naissance),/are identified in accordance with the regulations in force in such a way as to make it possible to trace their ancestors and their herd of origin (from birth);

- დატვირთვის დროს არ აღენიშნებოდათ ამ სახეობისთვის სავალდებულო შეტყობინებას დაქვემდებარებული დაავადებების ან პარატუბერკულოზის კლინიკური ნიშნები/ne présentaient au moment du chargement aucun signe clinique de maladie à déclaration obligatoire de l’espèce ni de paratuberculose,/at the time of loading showed no clinical sign of notifiable disease of the species or paratuberculosis;

- სერტიფიკატის ხელმოწერის თარიღისთვის არიან 6-დან 24 თვემდე ასაკის/sont âgés entre 6 et 24 mois, à la date de signature du présent certificat,/are between 6 and 24 months old, on the date of signature of this certificate;

- არ იყვნენ დაბადებულნი იმ ცხოველებისგან, რომლებსაც დაუდგინდათ ან არსებობდა ეჭვი გადამდებ ღრუბლისებრ ენცეფალოპათიაზე (TSE-ზე)/ne sont pas nés de mères atteintes ou suspectées d’être atteintes d’encéphalopathie spongiforme bovine,/were not born to mothers with or suspected of having Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy;

- რომლებიც არ ექვემდებარებიან ჯანმრთელობის მიზეზებით დაწესებულ ოფიციალურ შეზღუდვებს და არ ექვემდებარებიან განადგურებას ამ სახეობის ინფექციური ან გადამდები დაავადებების წინააღმდეგ განხორციელებული ეროვნული კონტროლის პროგრამის ფარგლებში;/Qui ne sont pas soumis à des restrictions officielles pour raisons sanitaires, ni éliminer dans le cadre d’un programme national de lutte contre une maladie contagieuse ou infectieuse de l’espèce/Which are not subject to official restrictions for health reasons, nor eliminated as part of a national program to combat a contagious or infectious disease of the species;

- გამგზავრებამდე მაქსიმუმ ათი (10) დღით ადრე ჩაუტარდათ მკურნალობა ექტოპარაზიტებისა და ენდოპარაზიტების წინააღმდეგ (ფასციოლა, ფილტვის სტრონგილოზი და კუჭ-ნაწლავის სტრონგილოზი)/ont été traités contre les ectoparasites et les endoparasites (Douve, Strongylose Pulmonaire et Strongylose gastro-intestinale) dix (10) jours au maximum avant le départ,/have been treated against ectoparasites and endoparasites (fluke, pulmonary strongylosis and gastrointestinal strongylosis) ten (10) days maximum before departur;

- არასდროს მიუღიათ ანაბოლური ნივთიერებები, ჰორმონალური ან ანტიჰორმონალური მოქმედების მქონე ნივთიერებები, ასევე აკრძალული ნივთიერებები, რომლებმაც შეიძლება ცხოველის ხორცი გახადოს ჯანმრთელობისთვის მავნე და ადამიანის საკვებად უვარგისი, მოქმედი რეგულაციებისა და უფლებამოსილი ვეტერინარული ორგანოების მიერ განხორციელებული ზედამხედველობის გეგმების შესაბამისად/N’ont jamais reçu de substances anabolisantes ou de substances à effet hormonal ou anti-hormonal ni de substances interdites susceptibles de rendre la viande de ces animaux nocive et impropre à la consommation humaine, conformément à la réglementation en vigueur et sur la base des plans de surveillance mis en œuvre par les autorités vétérinaires,/Have never received anabolic substances or substances with a hormonal or anti-hormonal effect or prohibited substances likely to make the meat of these animals harmful and unfit for human consumption, in accordance with the regulations in force and on the basis of the surveillance plans implemented by veterinary authorities;

- გამგზავრებამდე 30 დღის განმავლობაში არ მიუღიათ ანტიბიოტიკებით გამდიდრებული საკვები/N’ont pas reçu d’alimentation supplémentée en antibiotiques au cours des 30 jours précédant l’embarquement,/Have not received a diet supplemented with antibiotics in the 30 days prior to embarcation;

- არ ჰქონიათ კონტაქტი ჯანმრთელობის უფრო დაბალი სტატუსის მქონე ცხოველებთან, მათი წარმოშობის ფერმიდან დაწყებული ჩატვირთვამდე პერიოდში/N’ont pas été en contact avec des animaux de statut sanitaire inférieur depuis leur cheptel d’origine jusqu’à leur embarquement/Do not come into contact with animals of lower health status after checking the origin of the shipment;

- ცხოველები გადაყვანილ იქნენ პირდაპირ, განსაზღვრული შეკრების წერტილის გავლით ან მის გარეშე (წაშალეთ შესაბამისად).................სადგომიდან ჩატვირთვის ადგილამდე, ზემოთ მითითებული პირობების შესაბამისი ცხოველების ან ცხვრის სახეობის ფერმის ცხოველების გარდა სხვა ჩლიქოსან ცხოველებთან კონტაქტის გარეშე. გადაყვანა განხორციელდა სატრანსპორტო საშუალებების (თვითმფრინავი, გემი, სატვირთო მანქანა, სარკინიგზო ვაგონი) და სატრანსპორტო კონტეინერის გამოყენებით, რომლებიც წინასწარ იყო გაწმენდილი და დეზინფიცირებული ოფიციალურად ავტორიზებული სადეზინფექციო საშუალებით/Les animaux ont été transportés directement en passant ou sans passer (rayer la mention inutile) par un lieu de rassemblement (le citer) ................. de l’exploitation au lieu précis d’embarquement sans entrer en contact avec des animaux biongulés autres que les animaux d’élevage ou de rente de l’espèce ovine répondant aux conditions édictées ci-dessus, à l’aide de moyens de transport (avion, bateau, camion, wagon) et de contention préalablement nettoyés et désinfectés avec un désinfectant officiellement autorisé./The animals were transported directly passing or without passing (cross out the useless mention) by a place of assembly (quote it) ................. from the holding to the place precise boarding without coming into contact with cloven-hoofed animals other than livestock or production animals of the ovine species meeting the conditions laid down above, using means of transport (plane, boat, truck, wagon) and containment previously cleaned and disinfected with an officially authorized disinfectant.

2-2– ბლუთანგი (FCO)/Fièvre catarrhale ovine (FCO)/Bluetongue (FCO)

– ცხოველები ექსპორტიორი ქვეყნის სახელმწიფო ვეტერინარული კონტროლის ქვეშ იმყოფებოდნენ პროფილაქტიკურ კარანტინში -------– დღის განმავლობაში და არიან კლინიკურად ჯანმრთელები/Les animaux ont été placés en quarantaine préventive pendant -------– jours sous le contrôle vétérinaire de l'État du pays exportateur et sont cliniquement sains/The animals were placed in preventive quarantine for -------– days under the state veterinary control of the exporting country and are clinically healthy;

– ცხოველებს ექსპორტიორი ქვეყნის აკრედიტებულ ლაბორატორიაში ჩაუტარდათ დიაგნოსტიკური გამოკვლევა ბრუცელოზზე და მიღებულია უარყოფითი შედეგი/Les animaux ont été testés dans un laboratoire accrédité du pays exportateur et les résultats ont été négatifs pour la brucellose/The animals were tested in an accredited laboratory of the exporting country and found negative for brucellosis;

– დაცული იყვნენ ბლუთანგის ვირუსის გადამტანი კულიკოიდების თავდასხმებისგან, სულ მცირე, მათი წარმოშობის ფერმის დატოვების დღიდან საქართველოს ტერიტორიის დატოვებამდე/Ont été protégés des attaques des culicoïdes susceptibles de transmettre le virus de la FCO au moins depuis la sortie de leur exploitation de provenance et jusqu’à ce qu’ils quittent le territoire Georgien./Have been protected from attacks by culicoids capable of transmitting the FCO virus at least since leaving their farm of origin and until they leave the territory of Georgia.
