Modebadze, lawyers practising in Tbilisi.A.  The circumstances of the case2.  The facts of the case, as submitted by the applicant, may be summarised as follows.1.  The criminal proceedings against the applicant3.  On 20 March 2007, in the course of a verbal altercation between the applicant and his classmate R.Ph. a street fight erupted, involving about a dozen teenagers.
