The facts of their cases, as submitted by them, may be summarised as follows. A.  Kekelidze v. Georgia, no. 2316/09 2.  On 2 September 2008 at 10:05 a.m. the applicant was arrested on suspicion of drug possession. According to his detention and personal search record, he physically resisted the police and the latter had to use force for the purpose of effecting his arrest. As a result, the applicant sustained injuries to his face and both legs.
