The facts of their cases, as submitted by them, may be summarised as follows.A.  Sarishvili-Bolkvadze v. Georgia, no. 58240/082.  The applicant is the mother of Mr Giorgi Bolkvadze who died on 14 March 2004 in Batumi Hospital No. 1, a private medical establishment. The cause of his death was internal acute bleeding associated with stomach ulcer. He had been placed in that hospital with various traumatic injuries received as a result of a work accident of 16 February 2004, which had prompted a reactivation of his ulcer.
