She is represented before the Court by Mr Davit Managadze, a lawyer practising in Tbilisi.2.  22 and 23 November 2003 were the days when the so-called “Rose Revolution”, a sequence of events surrounding the change of power accompanied by widespread popular protests in Georgia, occurred.
