Ch., in the city of Kharkov, Ukraine. On 29 July 2004 their first child, L., was born; he was registered in Ukraine at the applicant’s address and acquired Ukrainian citizenship.4.  Some time in mid-2005 G. Ch. left Ukraine for Russia.
