Khatiashvili, a lawyer practising in Tbilisi.2.  The facts of the cases, as submitted by the applicants, may be summarised as follows.A.  The circumstances of the cases1.  Kikilashvili and Gurashvili v. Georgia, application no. 37701/083.  The applicants were arrested on 15 December 2004 by four police officers, R. M., G. K., Kh. T. and Z. M. They were taken to the Sighnaghi police station, where the same police officers allegedly ill-treated them with the aim of making them confess to murder.
