He is represented before the Court by Ms I. Saghinadze, a lawyer practising in Kutaisi. The facts of the case, as submitted by the applicant, may be summarised as follows.A.  The violent incident of 6 July 2009 in Kutaisi no. 2 Prison2.  The applicant, who was a minor at the material time, was put in pre‑trial detention on various charges in Kutaisi no. 2 Prison on 14 April 2009.
