They are all Georgian nationals, represented before the Court by Ms N. Katsitadze, a lawyer practising in Tbilisi.2.  The facts of the cases, as submitted by them, may be summarised as follows.3.  All three applicants were arrested by the police at around 4 p.m. on 25 March 2011 in the centre of Tbilisi, nearby the Ministry of the Custodial Institutions, during a peaceful demonstration.
