They are all Georgian nationals, live in Tbilisi and are represented before the Court by Ms T. Abazadze, Ms N. Bolkvadze and Mr L. Asatiani, lawyers practising in Tbilisi.2.  The facts of the case, as submitted by the applicants, may be summarised as follows.3.  The first applicant is a Georgian non-governmental organisation (NGO) set up to promote and protect the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people in Georgia.
