Botchorishvili, a lawyer practising in Tbilisi.A.  The circumstances of the case2.  The facts of the case, as submitted by the applicant, may be summarised as follows.3.  On 12 September 2014 the applicant was arrested and charged with aggravated murder (“the first indictment”).
