Jangirashvili, a lawyer practising in Tbilisi.A.  The circumstances of the case2.  The facts of the case, as submitted by the applicant, may be summarised as follows.3.  On 4 June 2009 the General Inspectorate of the Ministry of the Interior launched an investigation into the alleged illegal acquisition and possession of firearms by the applicant, who at the material time was a member of an opposition party.
