He was represented before the Court by Mr L. Mikautadze, a lawyer practising in Tbilisi.2.  The applicant’s complaints under Articles 6 §§ 1 and 3 and 13 of the Convention concerning the alleged unfairness of the criminal proceedings against him were communicated to the Georgian Government on 7 November 2016.
