Jomarjidze, a lawyer practising in Tbilisi.A.  The circumstances of the case2.  The facts of the case, as submitted by the applicant, may be summarised as follows.1.  The applicant’s arrest and his alleged ill-treatment3.  On 23 August 2014, at 4:00 a.m., the applicant was arrested on suspicion of aggravated theft near the crime scene in the town of Zugdidi.
