The covert investigative measure, which had been authorised by the Tbilisi City Court on 14 January 2021, took place between 14 January and 13 February 2021. On 11 January 2022 the Tbilisi City Court, acting at the request of the prosecutor’s office, suspended the time-limit for notifying the applicant about the interception of her telephone conversations.
