City of Batumi ("Proloct€r.cudng Agency'), in accordence with the
mnditions set rorth in Article 1.4.
The Bono,ver will ensure that lhe project-Executing Agency wifl use the
Loan €xclugively to linanc€ investrnent meesures for the rehabilitation and
extension ot water supply and ura8to$raler infrsstruclure within the Open
Progremme for the Rehobilitaton of lnfra3tructure
Rehabilitation of
Municipal lnfrastructure Facilitie3 in Batumi phase lV and for ralated
consultancy services C'ProFcf) and primarily to pay lhe foreign exchange
costs. The Proiect-Executing Agency and KfW will deflne the details of the

Rapayments in case of incomplele disbursemant. ll a repayment instalment
is due before the Loan has been disbursed in full, this will not affect the
repayment schedule pursuant io Article 5. 1 hereof as long as the repaymenl

amount disbucod and not yet repeid ("OuEt nding Loen Amount"). lf the
repaymenl in8telmont due in accordenca with Anicb 5.1 hereof exceeds the

Popaymont Com@nsation. lf the Borrower prepays a fixed interest
Loen amount, the Bono\,r€r will immediately pay to Kfi/V on demand
