Each party shall bind and eliminate customs duties and oth€r duties and charqes of any kind, within the meaning of Artlcle lI:1(b) of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994, as set forth below, with resp€ct to the lollowin9: {a) all produds classified with Harmonized System ("HS') 2007 sub-headings lrsted in Attachment A to thls Declaration; and (b) all products specified in Aftachment B to this Declaration, whether or not they are hcluded h Attachment A. The parties shall apply three year staging in four equal annual reductions of customs duties, beginning in 2016 and con€ludlng in 2019, as standard sLaging, unless otherwise agreed by the partles, recognizing that extended staging of redudions may be necessary limited (ircumstances, Th€ reduced rate should in each stage be rounded off to th€ first decimal.
