The Govemment of Georgia agrees on not trangfering the goodg and servlcga or their usag6 rights to another country or a third Party wdhout receiving the prioa wntton conlant ol tho Govemment of the Republic of Turkey. 3. The provisjons of thi3 Agreement shall not affecl the commitmenls arising from other intchetional keatiB lo which both side3 are Parties and shall not bo employed against th6 rights, security and tenitorial integrity of other states. ARTICLE.VI SECURITY OF CLASSIFIEO INFORMATION The Panies shall nol disclose the conteni and implemenlation of th€ AgreemEnt or thc olassrfied information which shall b€ excJlanged betweon the Parti$ to a third party'g government, company or person without written consent of the other Party. This pdncipl€ ot confidentiality shall continus to prevail even aftgr tormination ofthe Agreement. ARTICLE-VII SETTLE ENT OF OISPUTES ln case of any dispute that may arise due to implementation or interprotalion of thi!
