Desiringtosetoutthenecessaryframeworkforbasicmutualobligationsand procedures applytng to Georgia and NATO rn the conten ol this lsAF operatlon, in the absence of participation and financial agreements between NATO and Georgia dedicated to lsAF, have reached the tollowing understanding つ乙 Section one: EglEglsibilities Within the provisions of this Technical Agreement, hereinafter referred to as this "Agreement". 1 1 The Georgian Parly shall be responsible, without cost to NATO, which shall provide no payments or reimbursements of any kind to the Georgian Party, for a) the provrsion with and the marntenance of the equipment required by the Personnel anached to the GAF hereinafter referred to as "Georgian personnel" to perform their mrssron b) the transportatron of the Georgian personnel and equipment, including their weapons, from the designated point of departure lo thetr statton in the area of operations and return, rn accordance wrth the mutually established rotatron schedule C) the payment to the Georgran personnel of the salares, special pay, beneftts. per diem relmbursements, allowances. and olher payments which would normally be paid to such personnel when stalioned in the area of operations This includes the costs for National representation at any NATO Headquarters, which wrll remain at the expense of the Georgian Party the provrsion of food, lodging, utilities (such as gas, electricity and wateo, petroleum, oil, lubricants and medical care to the Georgian F,ersonnel in the area of operations as well as basic support. e) the insurance of Georgian Personnel 12 Unless otherwtse agreed, the NATO Party may provtde the tollowrng logisttc suppon and services to the Georgian Personnel. w(hin its means and capabilities, lead nation approval and subject to availability, on a reimbursable basis a) billeting and lodging (including provrsion of living quarters cleaning and repair services): b) utilities (including use of ablution units, collectron and disposal of ordinary rubbish, waste products, hazardous waste. water works), c) messing (including DFAC operations.
