Should such a third party not authorise or allow comparable arrangements bctween the Airlines of tho othcr CoDFacting Party and othcr Airlines on services to, from and via such thid courtry, the Aeronautical Authoritics of the concemed ConFdcting Party havo the right tlot to accept such ala[gcments. 4. The above provisions on third-pafiy codc-share are, however, subject to the co[ditions fiat all Airlines in such aEangsments: a) have received approval from and meet the liquireme s afplied to such arangeme[ts by the Aercnautical Authorities of the ConEacting Parties, b) hold the underlying Tralfic dghts and meet the terms ofthis Agllcme , c) provide the consumers with the proper information conceming such codc-share arangements. 13
