The designated airline of ah ConFacting Party shall submit its envisaged flight schedules for approval to the aeroD,tical authorities of tho other contracting pany at least thirty (30) days prior to the opcration of the agreed serviccs. The same procedure shali apply to any modification thereof. Mentioned tlight schcdulcs shall include operational .frequency, time, lype of aircraft, configuration and avdlable seats for general public. 2. For supplonentary flights whhh the designated airline ofon€ Contracting party wishes to opeGte on rhe agreed services ouEide the apFoved timetable, that arrline must request prior permrssion from rhe aeronautical autbrities ofthe other Conts'acting party.
