The project will be managed under the guidelines applicable to the NATO Partlemhip for Peace (PIP) Trust Fund. 3.2. NAMSA persouel shall be diplomatically immune from all legal plocess, whether civil, administrative or criminal, arising out of any acts or omissions within the territory of Georgia. NAMSA personnel, uder all circumstances and at all times, shall be accorded immunities and protectioos equivalent to those benefifting administrative and tecbnicat staff of diplomatic missions as gr"anted uoder the telms of the Vienna Cotvetrtion on Diplomatic relations, 1961, in rcspect of any civil, administrative, criminal or disciplhary offences which may be commifted by them itr Georgia4.5._ NAMSA penonael shatl be diplonatica.lly immune ftom any form of arrest, investigation or detention by the authorities in Georgia. NAMSA personnel arrested or detained shall immediatety b€ handed over to NAMSA Authorities. 4.6. NAMSA personnel shall eajoy, together with rheir vehicles, unrestricted passage and unimpeded access in Georgia (including only the teritory which is unda jurisdiction of Georgia) for puryoses of carrying out their assigned duties. 4.7. NAMSA personnel shall be exempt from tfiation by Georgia on the salaries and emoluments received lrom NAMSA and otr any lncome received irom oulslde Gcorgia. 4.8. NAMSA peisonnel and their ra[gible movable property imponed inro, acquired in or exported ftom Georgia shall enjoy exemption from all duties, taxes and other iharges and inspections atrd customs regulations of Georgia. 4.9. NAMSA shall be allowed to contmct dirccdy for the acquisition of goods, services ard constructiotr from any source within aIld outside G€orgia. Such cont acts, goods, services and cotrshuction shall not be subject to the payment of duties, taxes or other charges. 4.10. NAMSA may hire local pelsonnel wbo, oo ao ildividual basis, shall remain subje.t to lgcq legislation with the exception of employment laws.
