(3) The Receiving Parry shall take no disciplinary action against rhc milirary advisers. Such action slull be reserved to the superiors dcsignaled in the relevanl Arrangements. (4)-[he persons or cntities to which the military advisers arc subordinate shall be determined in lhe rclcvant Arrangenrenls to this Agrccnlcnt. .\nicle 7 Saf'elv Plovisions The employment of the advisers r!ith the Receiving Party is not adIrrissible unless the Sending Parly's safety provisions are observcd or, taking the specitlc Iocal circumstances into account, equivalent safely slandards conrpatible $ith thc purposc and mca ing of the Sending Pany's safcly provisions are observsd. Aflicle 8 Protection of Inlbrmation With the pernission of the Receiving Party. thc advisers shall bc gmnted access to ofllcial unclassified information to the extent tlul such access is necessary lbr the perlbrmance oftheir duties. The advisers shall ensure the protection of such inlomlation in lhe performance of their lasks and undertake nol to use it to thc delrinrclt ol lhe llccciviu l)irrt\. Arlicle 9 I)ulv Hours and I-eavc (l) The military advisers'duty hours sh0ll be governed by the working time regulations ofthe Sending Party. The military advisers nray observe the holiday schedule of the Sending State, provided it does not corflict with service rcquirements ofthe Receiving Party. (2) When performing TDY rrips. rhc nrilirary irdviscrs shall cljoy the same privileges as are granted 10 lhe Receiving Pan)'s olliccrs in conrparahlc, positions. (3) For TDY trips to states oulside thc Receiving Stalc. the military advisers are required to obtain the prior consent oflhe Sending party. Such consent shall be given through the superior designated in the relevanl Al rallgertrents. A(icle ll Perfbrrnancc Evaluation At the end olthe tour ofduty o[ al thc spccial requesl ol the Scnding l)arty, the Receiving Party shall prcpare evaluations of the nriritary adr isers' pertbrmance in a format as requested by the Sending Pany. The perlormance evalualions shall be tralsmitted to the Sending pa(y. Ii- Articlc l2 Drcss (l) In nccordance with the regulations ofthe Receiving party. thc military advisers shall wear the Cerman service clothing which most closely conlbrms to the Receiving party,s service clothing prescribed for rhe panicular dur).. (2)'fhe military advisers shall be issued special equipmenr irnd speci.l clorhing the same principles as apply to olticers oi the Receiving pany in comparable according to posilions. With respect to the wearing ofspecial clothing. the regulations oflhe Rcceiving party shall apply. Articlc ll Accommodation and Meals If required, the Receiving Pany shall provide acconmodation and meals lbr thc n,ilitarv advisers on the sanre tenrs and conditions as apply to its orvn ollcers. Anicle l4 Housing The Receiving Pany shall render assistance in obtaining housing lirr thc military advisers and lheir dependents.
