II.3. 1. გრაფაში მითითებულ ცხოველთა წარმოშობის მესამე ქვეყანა ან ტერიტორია, რომელიც მოცემულია No 577/2013 განმახორციელებელი რეგულაციის II დანართში და I.5 გრაფაში მითითებულმა სატრანზიტო ან/და იმპორტიორმა წევრმა სახელმწიფომ საჯაროდ განაცხადა, რომ იგი იძლევა ასეთი ცხოველების მის ტერიტორიაზე გადაადგილების უფლებას და რომ მათ თან უნდა ახლდეს/the territory or third country of provenance of the animals indicated in Box I.1 is listed in Annex II to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 577/2013 and the Member State of destination indicated in Box I.5 has informed the public that it authorises the movement of such animals into its territory, and they are accompanied by

(⁴) ნებისმიერი ხელახალი ვაქცინაცია უნდა იქნეს მიჩნეული პირველად ვაქცინაციად, თუ ის არ ჩატარდა წინა ვაქცინაციის ვალიდურობის პერიოდში/Any revaccination must be considered a primary vaccination if it was not carried out within the period of validity of a previous vaccination.

The declaration referred to in point II.3.2 to be attached to the certificate complies with the format, layout and language requirements laid down in Parts 1 and 3 of Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 577/2013.

(⁷) მესამე ვარიანტის შემთხვევაში, მესაკუთრე ან II.1. პუნქტში მითითებული ფიზიკური პირი, (ბ) პუნქტში მითითებულ შემოწმებებზე პასუხისმგებელი კომპეტენტური ორგანოს მოთხოვნის საფუძველზე, ვალდებულია წარადგინოს დეკლარაცია იმის თაობაზე, რომ ცხოველები დაცულნი იყვნენ სატრანსპორტო საშუალებაში ან საერთაშორისო აეროპორტის ტერიტორიაზე და არ ჰქონიათ კონტაქტი ცოფის ამთვისებელ სხვა ცხოველებთან იმ ტერიტორიაზე ან მესამე ქვეყანაში ტრანზიტის დროს, რომელიც არ არის ჩამოთვლილი (EU) No 577/2013 განმახორციელებელი რეგულაციის II დანართში. აღნიშნული დეკლარაცია უნდა შეესაბამებოდეს (EU) No 577/2013 განმახორცილებელი რეგულაციის I დანართის მე-2 და მე-3 ნაწილებით დადგენილ ფორმატულ, სქემატურ და ენობრივ მოთხოვნებს. (7) The third option is subject to the condition that the owner or the natural person referred to in point II.1 provides, on request by the competent authorities responsible for the checks referred to in point (b), a declaration stating that the animals have had no contact with animals of species susceptible of rabies and remain secure within the means of transport or the perimeter of an international airport during the transit through a territory or a third country other than those listed in Annex II to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 577/2013. This declaration shall comply with the format, layout and language requirements set out in Parts 2 and 3 of Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 577/2013.

(⁸) II.3.1. პუნქტში მითითებული ცოფის საწინააღმდეგო ანტისხეულების ტიტრაციის ტესტი/The rabies antibody titration test reffered to in point II.3.1:

- უნდა ჩატარდეს კომპეტენტური ორგანოს სახელმწიფო ვეტერინარის მიერ აღებულ ნიმუშზე, ვაქცინაციის თარიღიდან არანაკლებ 30 დღის შემდეგ და იმპორტის თარიღამდე არანაკლებ სამი თვით ადრე/ must be carried out on a sample collected by a veterinarian authorised by the competent authority, at least 30 days after the date of vaccination and three months before the date of import;

- ცოფის ვირუსის საწინააღმდეგო მანეიტრალიზირებელი ანტისხეულების რაოდენობა შრატში უნდა შეადგენდეს ან აღემატებოდეს 0,5 IU/ml/must measure a level of neutralising antibody to rabies virus in serum equal to or greater than 0,5 IU/ml;

- უნდა ჩატარდეს ევროსაბჭოს 2000/258/EC გადაწყვეტილების მე-3 მუხლის თანახმად აღიარებული ლაბორატორიის
